Membership



There are two ways to join Pain Support.org.
  • Public Membership

    To be a Public Member, you read and abide by our very simple rules and then start posting on our Forum(s). You must also include a valid email address so your initial Password can be emailed to you and then you can continue posting. You also have the ability to change your Password anytime you wish.
  • Note:- The creation of personal Profiles will not be available to Public Members.

  • Paid Membership

    Paid Members is a voluntary option and costs $10.00 per year.

    You will still have to read and abide by our very simple rules before you can post on our Forum(s) and you will still have to include a valid email address so your initial Password can be emailed to you.

    Note:- We are using the Honour System and that means you can use all the available features for Paid members while your Membership Application is being completed. If your Payment has not been cleared within 7 working days*, then your Profile & all future posts will be put on hold (not posted) until payment has been cleared.

    * = We will alow additional time for those paying by Cheque, & Money Order and for International Members.

    What do you get for your membership fees.

    Here's what we only offer Paid Up Members:-
    • The ability to create your own personal Profile so you can tell your story, to save you having to repeat it.
    • The ability to upload a Profile Picture of yourself or your family (size limited to 50kb).
    • The ability to add a website link to your Profile, your own website/homepage, etc.. (Our Rules apply here)
    • The ability to upload a picture in any of your posts (one per post and size limited to 50kb).
    • The ability to include website links in your posts.
    • The ability to use clickable Formatting Codes in your posts.
    • The ability to use clickable Smilies in your posts.

  • If you want to become a Paid Member

    You simply go into the Forum and click on the My Profile link. Fill in your chosen Username (the name you will be posting under) and click the Edit Profile button. On the next page provided, type in your Email Address in the two (2) boxes provided and click the Save Profile button.

    In a short while you will receive an Email that contains your initial Password. Once you have this Password, you click on the Edit Profile link (not the My Profile link) and Copy & Paste that emailed Password into the Password box, then click the Edit Profile button.

    Now you are free to create your Profile. If you want to you now also include a Profile image and a link to your own website/homepage...

    Always remember to Save your Profile when you are finished.

  • To Pay your Membership Fees

    You have 3 options:-

    1. Pay using PayPal which also accepts Credit Card payments. You don't have to have a PayPal Account and this is the quickest and safest way to pay for anything online.

    2. Pay by Personal Cheque.

    3. Pay by Money Order.
